Phoenix Carpentry was founded in 2003 by certified journeyman carpenter, Geoff Matthias. Geoff learned his trade over the preceding 15 years, working on and supervising commercial and residential projects.
Geoff excels at project management and problem solving. He and his team are committed to providing a seamless renovation experience from the planning stage through to project completion.
Our services also expand to in-house design consultation when needed.
Phoenix Carpentry has attracted a talented crew of carpenters and apprentices, some of whom have been with the company for over a decade.

Comox Valley
Journeyman carpenter Theo Biggs, who has been with Phoenix Carpentry since 2015, has recently returned to his native Comox Valley. Theo is very dedicated to his craft. He will be serving customers there with the same excellent service and commitment to quality workmanship that Phoenix Carpentry is known for.
Theo’s focus will be on home renovation projects like kitchens, bathrooms, stairs, small additions, and exterior projects like decks and pergolas.
